Dear Visitors & Patrons, The last few weeks, we've been working hard on a new one-person show "Local Colors"! The show will open on Saturday, June 27 at 6 pm at the Barrier Islands Center in Machipongo, Virginia and will feature a large variety of landscapes inspired by the beautiful Eastern Shore scenery. Most of the paintings were created in the studio, using the traditional glazing technique, but some plein-air paintings were created on location. We hope you can join us for a glass of wine and a good time! If you can't make it, don't worry, the show & sale will continue through the end of July. I am also excited about two upcoming summer workshops "Plein-Air" & "Composition" for beginners and intermediate students. For more information, click here. On July 25, you can see me compete in a 2-hour QuickDraw competition in Easton, MD during the annual PleinAir Easton festival and I will also be showing my plein-air paintings at the Tidewater Inn in Easton that same weekend.
